It’s definitely a Five out of 5 from us !
We have been so impressed by everyone that we talked to in the shop on our many visits before eventually deciding which sofas to buy.
No pressure what’s so [read more]ever, we asked every question about the sofas and must have measured each time we went in but we had the full attention of the member of staff which was very reassuring.
We had the email and phone call to arrange a delivery day and everything went so smoothly and expertly placed in our living room by two smart and very polite men.
Think we are so lucky to have such a great local business in Barnstaple and with their high standards it’s not hard to see why they have been trading so long !

From walking through the store doors to the delivery and installation of our sofas, the professional service was amazing. Sales staff were helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. No pressure sal [read more]es just informed advice and support. We were given a delivery date which actually sofas arrived a few days early. Telephone manner was friendlt and professional. Times were agreed and came as stated. Young men were polite, smart and respectful. They set up furniture in place for us. Delighted with every aspect of our experience.

I ordered a limited edition edge sculpture and the service was impeccable. Extremely helpful team who were a pleasure to deal with.
Living in the Isle of Man it can be difficult to get items shipped [read more]here but they kept me in the loop with all shipping and my item arrived on time and in perfect condition as they had wrapped it so well.
I definitely recommend and will be using them again soon.
