My wife and I have just bought a house and were on the search for a sofa for around Spring '22. We decided to go to a place in Budleigh Salterton which would've been perfect if you had a spare 10-20k [read more]cash with no finance options.
We left in disarray. How could sofas be so expensive? We knew what were after so we called Barrow Clark and spoke to a bloke named Freddie.
Our prayers had been answered. Not only did Barrow Clark stock a vast number of different types of sofas, in comparison to other stores, they were extremely competitive price wise. Will update when sofa received but my god, so far a great customer service. Knowledgeable and likeable and you can't ask for more than that.

The staff are so helpful, and this didn't stop after we had bought and paid for our sofas.
We had some problems with the seat cushions and wanted them replaced. This was organised by Freddie and B [read more]en, they sorted our new cushions for us, (after three attempts by the supplier sending the wrong ones!!), even picking up the old ones from us when the supplier was 'dragging his feet' about arranging this. Certainly can't say enough good things about them.
Would definitely recommend Barrow Clark, we will definitely be popping in the next time we are in Barnstaple

Have bought a number of items from Barrow Clarke in recent years. My budget is not big and my purchases have been at the lower end. Without exception I have always been delighted. The staff have alway [read more]s been friendly and helpful and everything I have bought has been quality. In particular I would like to thank Ben who I have dealt with the most. His knowledge of the furniture is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble.
