We purchased replacement interior cushions for our sofas, we spoke to Benjamin, who liased directly with Parker Knoll, we were kept updated by the team, all members were very helpful and professional [read more]and are sofas now look like new. I would highly recommend this great family run shop.

Very helpful and friendly and some fabulous furniture and pictures and quirky stuff.
Just had new beds delivered and old beds taken away ..amazing staff. Soooo careful and efficient. Without me eve [read more]n asking they put shoe covers on and then off and on when going in and out .. brilliant.

From walking through the store doors to the delivery and installation of our sofas, the professional service was amazing. Sales staff were helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. No pressure sal [read more]es just informed advice and support. We were given a delivery date which actually sofas arrived a few days early. Telephone manner was friendlt and professional. Times were agreed and came as stated. Young men were polite, smart and respectful. They set up furniture in place for us. Delighted with every aspect of our experience.
