Perfect service from ordering our mattress to delivery. Thankyou to all staff involved, all so well trained and polite. Rob, the showroom advisor was incredibly helpful & patient as we asked numerous [read more]questions in order to decide which mattress suited our needs. The mattress was then available earlier than we anticipated, which was great. Delivery was arranged, and then confirmed on the morning, giving us a time window that suited. The delivery guys were fantastic delivering an enormous super king mattress upstairs via a very tight stairway. They wore shoe covers & respected our property perfectly. They were polite, good humoured & did a great job. They took away all packaging and even took our old mattress to our garage & wrapped it in the unwanted plastic from the new mattress. Perfect! Would not hesitate to recommend.

This firm is a pleasure to deal with. A family firm in Barnstaple, Devon, my wife and I have made two purchases from them in quick succession.
The first was was for a sitting room sofa and chair. We [read more]must have been the customers from hell! It turns out that we did not have a clue what we wanted - and BC's showroom had a huge selection to chose from. We were like rabbits in a cars headlights. The firms directors and staff spent a great deal of time, and expended a great deal of patience, showing us around and explaining the various size and combination options, available. We changed our minds on several occasions - but they were completely unfazed and extremely polite at all times. We eventually made our minds up, and we left feeling that we had purchased a good quality product at a very reasonable price.
The second purchase was a new suite of conservatory furniture. This time we were much less trouble. We narrowed our choice down to three style options in a brochure. We got a price (a very good price) for each one and put an order in the same day. Phew, thought the staff!
We are planning a third visit to BC, this time to buy a mattress from their extensive range. The staff at BC will be relieved to learn that we are fairly clear as to our needs, and it will just be down to test lying a few contenders.
If you are considering purchasing some home furniture, the advice of my wife and myself is that you should ignore the bright lights of the out of town business estates and head for that warm, friendly island of calm, old fashioned service and quality products at very reasonable prices, that is Barrow Clark.

Placed a pre order with Barrowclark for the gorgeous Edge Sculpture Mouse.
Once he was in, I was contacted, advised when he’d be posted out and when to expect him. Richard then messsged to double che [read more]ck my order had been received and that I was happy.
I cannot recommend Barrowclark highly enough - friendly when I called, professional and caring. All those wonderful things you love to have with a purchase but rarely get nowadays !!
A family run business that I am happy to support and will most definitely continue to do in the future.
